Brian Lenz

Brian Lenz, CPA, MBA, currently serves as a Board Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Bridge to Life Ltd. Since May 2012, Brian has held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ADMA Biologics, Inc., prior to which Brian was CFO and COO at Cormedix Inc., where responsibilities included successful completion of an IPO and management of SEC filings, business development, and investor relations. Brian also served as CFO at Arno Therapeutics Inc. and CFO at VioQuest Pharmaceuticals, where various financings and a subsidiary sale were successfully executed. Earlier career experience includes roles as Controller at Smiths Detection, focusing on M&A transition activities, and as a Senior Auditor at KPMG, contributing to high-profile audits. Brian holds an MBA from Saint Joseph's University and a BSBA in Accounting from Rider University.
