Ayse Caglayan Ustundag

Ayse Caglayan Ustundag has a varied work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ayse started their career at DHL as a Claim Handling- Customer Care specialist from December 1997 to November 2001. Ayse then worked as an After Sales Mentor at DHL from November 2001 to September 2003. From April 2004 to October 2004, they served as a Brokerage Services Coordinator at American Family Insurance. Ayse briefly worked as an Underwriter assistant at ColdwellBanker Residential Brokerage Insurance Agency, Inc from October 2004 to April 2006. From August 2006 to November 2009, they held the position of Project Manager and Customer Service Manager at NRT Insurance Agency, Inc. From February 2012 to September 2013, they worked as an Independent Consultant. Ayse then joined Bridge to Turkiye Fund as Metro D.C. Director from April 2012 to April 2014, and later became the Vice President of the organization from April 2014 onwards. Finally, they joined Amida Technology Solutions in June 2014 as an Operations Manager.
