Chris McCowan

Chris McCowan has a strong background in property management. Chris began their career at Alexander Forrest in 2015 as a Property Manager, where they stayed until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Property Manager at Somerset Apartment Management, LLC. Currently, they are serving as the Regional Manager at Bridge Tower Homes since February 2021 and recently got promoted to the role of Director of Property Management in April 2023.

Chris McCowan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Columbia Southern University, where they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, Chris has also obtained several certifications, including being a Real Estate Broker from Keller Williams Realty, Inc., obtained in December 2020, a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) from Mecklenburg County, obtained in November 2020, and a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from the National Apartment Association, obtained in January 2019.
