David Kerr is the CTO and Founder of smartcrowds®, a platform that empowers organizations to engage their employees and address their concerns with crowdsourced solutions. With a background as a Director at Bridgeall and experience as a Systems Manager at ScottishPower, David has extensive expertise in IT solutions and the gas industry. They also founded collectionHQ, a SaaS solution that improves public library stock performance globally before its sale in 2011. David holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University.
