Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar, MD, MS, serves as the Vice President of Clinical Development at BridgeBio since 2019. Previously, Amit held significant roles in oncology clinical development, including Executive Director at Incyte from 2015 to 2018, where Amit was the global clinical lead for various programs targeting solid tumors and hematologic indications. Prior to that, Amit was Senior Director at Teva Pharmaceuticals, overseeing clinical developments for antisense oligonucleotide agents and dual inhibitors in major cancer types. Amit's experience also includes positions at Daiichi Sankyo as Director of Clinical Development and Clinical Leader at Novartis Oncology, focusing on multiple clinical studies across various cancer therapies. Amit's educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, complemented by training at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and the State University of New York.
