Courtney Grafe

Courtney Grafe is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent at BridgeBio since March 2023, Courtney previously held the position of Executive Director of Talent at NGM Biopharmaceuticals from April 2020 to March 2023, where the focus was on the pivotal role of myeloid cells in tumor environments. Prior to that, Courtney spent 14 years at Genentech in various leadership roles, including Talent Acquisition Leader and Associate Director of Talent Discovery for Research and Development, overseeing global sourcing strategies and talent engagement initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as a Clinical Research Recruiter at Advanced Clinical Services and a Scientific Recruiter at Aerotek Scientific. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
