Elena Fike

Elena Fike has extensive experience in human resources and people analytics, currently serving as Manager of Compensation & People Analytics at BridgeBio since July 2021, after progressing through several roles in the same department. Prior to BridgeBio, Elena held positions at Eidos Therapeutics as an HR & Operations Administrator and Office Coordinator. Additional experience includes supervising at Tahoe Donner Association and working as a Lift Operator at Palisades Tahoe. Elena began their career focusing on enrollment and support at Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Luis Obispo County, with roles as both a specialist and intern. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, complemented by studies at Universidad de Granada and the University of New Haven.
