Kristen Hawley

Kristen Hawley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the President & CFO at BridgeBio since December 2024, Kristen previously held roles in program management at Sutro Biopharma, where efforts focused on enhancing portfolio budget alignment and operational efficiency. As Chief of Staff at both Takeda and Maverick Therapeutics, Kristen facilitated crucial knowledge transfer and supported executive leadership while managing multifaceted company operations. Earlier career achievements include leading account teams as an Account Supervisor with FCB Health, successfully driving marketing campaigns for major pharmaceutical clients that significantly increased sales. Kristen holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Colgate University.
