Marl Albarillo

Marl Albarillo is an accomplished professional in training management with extensive experience in GxP training across prominent pharmaceutical organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of GxP Training at BridgeBio since May 2023, Marl has established an organizational training program and implemented a Learning Management System. Prior roles include Manager of GxP Training at Horizon Pharma plc, where Marl contributed to developing engaging training solutions, and Senior Compliance Training Specialist at Takeda, responsible for training over 3,000 employees. Additional experience includes working as Safety Training Manager at Astellas Pharma US and leading training integration efforts during the Hospira-Pfizer merger. Marl began a career in training and development at the Erikson Institute, underpinned by a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
