Shannon Levy

Shannon Levy serves as the Head of Professional Development at BridgeBio since February 2023, leading people initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) efforts within the biopharmaceutical company. Prior to this role, Shannon was the DEIB Leader at Pfizer, focusing on talent strategies to enhance employee experience and cultural integration. Experience at Gap Inc. includes serving as Senior Manager of Professional Development and co-chairing WOMEN@Gap, while previous roles at Fortiss LLC involved directing HR and organizational development for over 2,000 employees. Shannon holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from Oklahoma State University.
