Travis Ahn-Horst

Travis Ahn-Horst is a Computational Biologist at BridgeBio since April 2025, with prior experience as a Data Scientist at Sanofi from October 2022 to April 2025, focusing on precision medicine and computational biology. Responsibilities included developing graph machine learning frameworks for multi-omics data integration and leading an ETL pipeline for target identification in various diseases. Prior to that, Travis served as a PhD Researcher in Markus Covert's Lab at Stanford University, where the dissertation centered on E. coli whole-cell modeling. Travis also held a Mathematical Modeling Extern position at BridgeBio, contributing significantly to modeling frameworks for drug candidates, and began a career at Genentech working on anti-Tau antibody formulations. Education includes a PhD and a Master of Science in Bioengineering from Stanford University.
