Candice Smart possesses a strong background in sales and event management, currently serving as a Sales Executive for Youth & Corporate Events at BridgeClimb Sydney since July 2017, while also working as an Independent Support Worker at Mable since July 2020. Previously, Candice held roles as a Sales & Events Executive at BridgeClimb Sydney, a Committee Member at YATEC NSW from March 2019 to June 2020, and an Employee Experience & Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the CEO at RedBalloon from September 2015 to June 2017. Candice's career began with the NSW Department of Education and Communities as a Professional Learning Coordinator from June 2014 to September 2015. Candice holds an Advanced Diploma in Management from TAFE NSW, earned in 2014.
