Matt Davy has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and management sectors, primarily at BridgeClimb Sydney since November 2000, where roles have included Guest Services Manager for the Contact Centre and various leadership positions in technical support and reservations. Prior to this, Matt Davy held the position of Retail Manager/Supervisor at Hardware House and served as Assistant Manager at McDonald's Australia. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Accounting, Management, and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Psychology, and Geography, both obtained from the University of New England.
