Yvonne Pagán Albanese

Yvonne Pagán Albanese, MBA, has extensive experience in loan servicing and retail management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Loan Servicing at Bridgecrest since June 2017, Yvonne previously held the position of Senior Manager in Loan Servicing. Prior to that role, Yvonne worked at T-Mobile from April 2007 to January 2016, where responsibilities included managing a retail operation of over 100 employees as a Retail District Manager and overseeing store operations as a Retail Store Manager. Yvonne holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2005 and 2007.
