Shannon Graves

Shannon Graves has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Shannon started their career in 1995 as a Program Manager at OSI Collection Services Inc, where they stayed until 2005. Shannon then joined Community Choice Financial, Inc. and held various roles including Collections Supervisor, CRM Supervisor, Database Administrator, Compliance Specialist, and Compliance Manager. In 2020, Shannon joined BridgeFi as the VP of Audit and Distributor Relations before being promoted to SVP Client Relations in 2021. Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to support compliance programs, drive efficiency, and improve team performance.

Shannon Graves attended Columbus State Community College starting in 2018, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Regulatory Vendor Program Manager.
