Prior experience at Bank of America from 2005 to 2014 includes Senior Vice President roles focused on associate engagement and leadership development, implementing strategic initiatives, and providing organizational solutions. With earlier experience at MBNA, Kristin held various management positions, overseeing collections and corporate projects, and has a strong background in human resources and coaching executives. Educational background includes a degree from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
