Marjolijn Hoffmans has a strong background in marketing and brand management. Marjolijn has worked in various roles, starting as a Junior Marketing and PR Manager at A-Film from 2007 to 2011. Marjolijn then became the Brand and Sponsor Manager at New Productions - Soldaat van Oranje for a short period in 2011. In 2011, they joined Sanoma NL as the Brand Manager for Fashionista, later taking on additional roles as the Brand Manager for Tina & Tina Event and the Brand and Digital Marketing Manager for Donald Duck. At Sanoma NL, they were responsible for financial brand targets and played a crucial role in the digital transformation of Donald Duck. Marjolijn then worked at DPG Media as the Brand and Digital Marketing Manager for Flow and Donald Duck. In this role, they focused on retail, e-commerce, subscriptions, and CRM. Currently, Marjolijn is the Marketing Manager at ParkBee, where they lead brand strategy, marketing campaigns, creative initiatives, digital marketing, and content strategy. In their most recent role as Head of Marketing at BridgeFund, they oversee the marketing department's operations.

Marjolijn Hoffmans started their education at Maurick College from 1992 to 1998. After completing their secondary education, they attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Institute for Media and Information Management. Marjolijn then pursued further studies at the University of Amsterdam, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Science from 2004 to 2006. Marjolijn continued their studies at the University of Amsterdam and completed a Master of Science degree in Communication Science from 2006 to 2008.
