Jason Olivo is an accomplished QA and Triage Supervisor at Bridgehead IT since June 2021, with extensive experience in incident management and technical support across various roles. Prior to this, Jason served as an Incident Manager at GTT, skilled in triaging escalations and engaging with customers and vendors for efficient issue resolution. Other positions include roles as a High Cap IP Transit Technician and Network Operations Center Technician, where expertise in WAN, LAN, and various networking technologies was developed. Jason’s earlier experience encompasses accounting and policy service roles in the insurance industry, along with technical support positions, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technical and customer service domains.
