Jeff Brothers

Jeff Brothers is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as Server Operations Manager at Bridgehead IT since August 2022, Jeff leads a team dedicated to maintaining efficient client IT systems and enhancing technical skills through training. Previously, Jeff held several positions at Bridgehead IT, including Lead System Administrator and Senior System Administrator, where responsibilities included overseeing IT infrastructure and managing virtual environments. Prior to this, Jeff served as Senior System Administrator at Avaunt Technologies, Inc., managing a complex network of servers and providing user support, and started a career in technology as a Microsoft Sales Consultant at Best Buy. Jeff began professional training in IT as a CPN Operator in the US Army, where responsibilities included network configuration and troubleshooting. Jeff holds education credentials from Pierce College and Fairport High School.
