Francis Wong

Francis Wong is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the electronics and lighting industries. Currently serving as Senior VP of Asia Business at Bridgelux, Inc. since December 2018, Francis previously held leadership roles including Vice President at Bore Electronics Industry Co., Ltd. and VP of the Lighting Business Unit at Lextar Electronics. Francis also founded Illume Lighting Corp., where the position of CEO was held from October 2009 to July 2013. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Head of the Lighting LED Line of Business at 光寶科技 from May 2001 to October 2009. Francis Wong holds a Master of Science degree in Optics/Optical Sciences from National Central University, obtained from 1997 to 1999.
