Caroline McCarthy has over two decades of experience in management and recruitment roles. Caroline currently serves as the Student Services Manager at Bridgend College, overseeing team performance and sales targets. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Team Manager at John Lewis & Partners, where Caroline led a team of Selling Partners to drive sales through excellent customer service. With a background in Recruitment Consultancy at Kelly, Caroline has a strong track record of recruiting and retaining top talent for corporate clients.
