Joe Baldwin

Joe Baldwin has held various leadership positions in the education sector, including roles as Deputy Principal, Vice Principal, Assistant Principal, and Director of Learner Services at Bridgend College. Joe's responsibilities have ranged from strategic planning to student services, wellbeing, and safeguarding. Joe also has experience in managing learning support and SEND at Gloucestershire College. Additionally, Joe serves as Deputy Chair at Namss and was an eTwinning Ambassador at the British Council. Joe holds a postgraduate certificate in Attachment, Trauma, and Mental Health, a Master of Arts in Special and Inclusive Education, and various other qualifications related to leadership and management.
