Becca Palmer

Becca Palmer is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including local government, education, and retail. Currently serving as the Communications and Marketing Officer for Social Services and Wellbeing at Bridgend County Borough Council since April 2023, Becca oversees the development and implementation of targeted campaigns and manages online media for the Directorate. Prior to this role, Becca worked at Cardiff University and The Amelia Trust Farm, where responsibilities included stakeholder engagement and business development. Becca's background also features significant experience in visual merchandising and marketing management with brands such as Cath Kidston, White Stuff, and John Lewis, where Becca led teams to enhance brand presentation and drive sales. Becca holds a BA Hons in Graphic Communication from UWIC Cardiff, completed in 2009.
