Gareth Jones

Gareth Jones currently serves as the Communities for Work Plus Co-ordinator at Bridgend County Borough Council since June 2020. Prior to this role, Gareth held various managerial positions at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council from September 2009 to June 2020, including RDP LAG Manager, Performance Manager, Performance & Contract Manager, and Service Delivery Manager. Earlier experience includes the position of Regional Manager at Dash/Itec Training from December 2005 to August 2009 and Team Leader at Sony UK from July 1996 to December 2005. Educational qualifications encompass a range of management and auditing certifications, including NVQ 4 in Management and Advice and Guidance, a PTLLS qualification, and an IRCA QMS Internal Auditing degree, alongside IOSH training and a degree in Employment Related Services.
