Vikki Morgan

Vikki Morgan is an experienced social worker currently employed with Bridgend County Borough Council, where responsibilities include placements in Children’s Safeguarding, Adult Safeguarding, DoLS, and the 16 Plus Team since January 2017. Previously, Vikki served as a Youth Employment Mentor, engaging with NEET young adults to facilitate access to employment opportunities. Vikki's background includes working as an Adult Mentor at Itec Skills and Employment, focusing on basic skills education for both teens and adults, as well as teaching roles in various educational settings including as a substitute teacher and a nursery nurse. Vikki holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Cardiff University and has completed several relevant educational programs, including a PGCE in Primary Education.
