Jessica Tompkins is an experienced Logistics Customer Relationship Manager with a strong background in analyzing shipping orders and implementing cost-saving strategies to enhance ROI. Currently employed at BridgeNet Solutions - Powered by Xonar since March 2020, Jessica focuses on the Logistics Service Providers selection process. Previously, Jessica held the same title at Safeway Logistics, where driver compliance with DOT laws was monitored and shipping assignments were communicated to Over the Road drivers. Jessica also served as a Senior Customer Relationship Manager at Celadon Trucking Services Inc, leading a team and addressing customer escalations.
