Ava Gottschall

Ava Gottschall, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Capture and Proposals at BridgePhase since October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Business Development and Senior Proposal Manager at BrainGu, where Ava led agile proposal management and process improvement for custom DevSecOps solutions. Previously, Ava held positions as Proposal Manager at R3 Strategic Support Group, managing federal proposals for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and operated as Operations Manager at Often Wander, a lifestyle brand. Additional roles include self-employment in athletic coaching, a Scrum Master at Sandia National Laboratories, and various positions in sales, marketing, and business development at organizations such as AAR and Ranger Aerospace. Ava holds a Master of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mount Holyoke College.
