Andy Winters, CPA

Andy Winters, CPA has over three decades of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Andy most recently worked at Bridgepoint Consulting as a CAO/Controller Consultant. Prior to that, they served as the VP Finance & Controller at Premier LogiTech where they were responsible for overseeing all accounting and finance functions. Andy also worked as a Consultant/Interim Controller at Thomas Edwards Group and held the position of VP Corporate Controller at the American Heart Association.

Earlier in their career, Andy held the roles of Vice President - Finance at Dynamex, Senior Director of Corporate Accounting at Mavenir Systems, Inc., and Corporate Controller at Craftmade International. Andy also worked at Harley Davidson Financial Services as the Director of Commercial Services and Director of Accounting. Other companies they have worked for include Paging Network, Inc. and Eljer Industries, Inc.

Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, treasury management, and system implementations. Andy has successfully led teams and implemented technical accounting standards and guidance updates. Andy is a diligent and experienced finance professional with a strong track record of driving results.

Andy Winters, CPA completed their Master's degree in Accounting with a focus on Auditing & Accounting at the University of North Texas in 1989. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, and as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from the American Society for Quality.
