Lance Smith

Lance Smith currently serves as a Senior Associate in Business Development at Bridger, managing the full sales cycle and overseeing strategic accounts within a multi-billion dollar portfolio since May 2025. Previously, as Founding Head of Sales at a Stealth Startup, Lance developed the go-to-market sales strategy for a new venture in the home services industry. In prior roles at Third Bridge Group Limited, Lance excelled as an Associate Client Relationship Manager, driving significant revenue growth for private equity clients, and as a Research Analyst, consistently surpassing sales quotas. Additionally, Lance contributed to Baylor University as Young Alumni Director for the Dallas-Fort Worth area, focusing on alumni engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as Group Sales Manager at iCompete Entertainment Corp, where over 60 high-value events were secured, generating substantial revenue.
