Edward Niemczyk

Ed is a Partner on the U.S. Growth Business team where he is responsible for sourcing and executing deals and working with portfolio companies.

Ed has been a lower middle market private equity investor since 2006. Prior to joining Bridges, he was a Vice President at The Beekman Group focusing on healthcare, business and consumer service investments. At Beekman, his responsibilities included sourcing and evaluating potential investments, executing both platform and add-on transactions and supported portfolio companies, including serving as a member of several company Board of Directors. Previously, he was responsible for investment and portfolio activities at Cordova, Smart & Williams. He began his career at GE Capital, where he evaluated and executed leveraged finance transactions across a wide range of industries.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
