Shantel Flemmonds

Shantel Flemmonds has extensive experience in administrative support and executive assistance, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Bridges of Hope Treatment Center since July 2018. Prior to this role, Shantel worked as a Secretary at Franciscan Health for a brief period and held the position of Executive Assistant at Hickory House Recovery. Shantel's background also includes a significant tenure at Covance as a Program Specialist in a call center environment. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant to a Police Captain at the Indianapolis Police Department and working as a Screening Coordinator at the Marion County Prosecutor's Office. Shantel began in the field as a Detective Aide with IMPD. Shantel holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Martin University, completed between 2008 and 2014.
