Colton Pierce

Colton Pierce is a seasoned professional in electrical and communications engineering with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Grid Integration at BridgeSource Utilities Solutions, Colton leads a team of domain experts on multiple EMS, ADMS, SCADA, VVO, FLISR, and DERMS projects. Prior to this, Colton worked as the Integration Lead for National Grid, focusing on ADMS and SCADA upgrades. As President and Principal Consultant at Pierce Power Consulting since January 2020, Colton also held the position of Senior Solutions Consultant at Hitachi Energy, providing technical support for Network Manager applications. Colton's career includes significant engineering roles at Ameren, where leadership in SCADA and ADMS initiatives was provided. Colton began the professional journey as an Assistant Engineering Teaching and Lab Instructor at Missouri University of Science and Technology, and holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the same institution.
