Angelo Acquaviva

Angelo Acquaviva is a seasoned professional in materials and product development with extensive experience in the tire industry, currently serving as Materials Transverse Leader at Bridgestone EMEA since January 2015. Key responsibilities include animating the Sustainable Materials Roadmap, managing the Materials Technology portfolio, and overseeing the IP portfolio. Previous roles at Bridgestone involved coordinating engineering teams for original equipment (OE) tire projects and developing OE tires for premium clients. Prior to Bridgestone, Angelo managed new product development processes at Comer Industries and contributed to tire development at Bridgestone Technical Center Europe. Angelo holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Bari and has completed several courses at Stanford University, enhancing skills in empathy and prototyping.
