Paul Huguet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and change leadership, currently serving as Change Manager & Stream Leader at Bridgestone EMEA since June 2020. Paul's role includes leading a high-performing team to optimize supply chain operations in the West Region of France-Benelux, and managing strategic initiatives for efficiency and alignment with regional objectives. Prior positions include Import & NPI Consumer Manager, where Paul successfully drove projects to enhance the carbon footprint within the E8 Ecology Segment, and Senior Tactical Planner Specialist, responsible for demand-supply balance across multiple regions. Experience also includes consulting at Meotec, and various roles in supply chain management and analysis at Suntory Beverage & Food Benelux, Globall Concept, and Levi Strauss & Co. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Certificate in Project Management from Ichec Brussels Management School.
