Riccardo Ugolini

Riccardo Ugolini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Bridgestone organization, currently serving as the Training & Communication Executive Manager for Bridgestone Europe, Middle East & Africa since September 2007. In this role, Riccardo leads the Bridgestone EMIA Educational Experience Centre and reports directly to the Brands Marketing Vice President, focusing on consumer-centric initiatives and developing Edu-Marketing activities to enhance stakeholder knowledge and skills. Previously, Riccardo held roles such as Training & Communication Manager at Bridgestone European Education Centre, Professional in PR at Bridgestone Technical Centre Europe, and OE Engineer at Bridgestone Italy. Riccardo began the career as an OE Project Engineer at Bridgestone Technical Centre Europe. Riccardo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, completed in 1996.
