Subramani Ramakrishnan

Subramani Ramakrishnan is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at Bridgestone EMIA since December 2022, focusing on Lean Portfolio Management methodologies to integrate IT and business functions within cross-functional teams. Previously, Ramakrishnan served as Head of Agile at Aaqua Tech BV, where support was provided to the Chief Product Officer in transforming the marketing function into an Agile-driven organization. Earlier roles include Agile Coach positions at Infosys, Telenet, Verizon, and SparkFX, where Ramakrishnan designed tailored Agile frameworks and transformation strategies. Ramakrishnan began a career at Colruyt Group as a Project Manager, delivering IT projects through various methodologies. Ramakrishnan holds an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sona College of Technology.
