Monica Stoica

Monica Stoica has over two decades of finance experience, currently serving as Vice President of Finance for various divisions at Bridgestone Americas since August 2014. Her roles include oversight of West Retail Operations, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, and Integrated Businesses. Prior to Bridgestone, Monica held several finance positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Director of Finance & Strategy for Automotive, and Business Finance Manager for Supply Chain, after starting her career as a Senior Financial Analyst. Additionally, Monica gained experience at Utilities Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst and at ROMARM Bucharest as a Finance Supervisor. Monica holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Babes-Bolyai University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
