Iain Rose

Iain Rose has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Iain currently holds the position of Engineering Manager at BridgeU since April 2023. In their previous role as Engineering Manager at carwow from February 2022 to December 2022, they successfully managed a team of 11 engineers and focused on their career development and performance management. Iain also supported and managed engineers across teams through relationship building, coaching, and goal setting.

Prior to carwow, Iain held roles at iiPay, starting as the Product Manager from May 2020 to February 2021, where they oversaw the line management and product rollout strategies.
