Jane Chern

Jane Chern is a third-year Social Welfare student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, pursuing certificates in Criminal Justice and Social Justice & Education. They have held various positions, including Summer Intern at the Jewish United Fund and Director of Communications at BridgeMadison, where they focus on promoting inclusion and combating political polarization on college campuses. Passionate about supporting marginalized groups, Jane actively participates in several organizations, including the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Student Association and EXPO, where they assist formerly incarcerated individuals. Their commitment to advocacy is further shown through volunteer work with Results UK, aiming to address systemic issues related to poverty and hunger.
