Prakash Singh Chaudhary

Prakash Singh Chaudhary has a work experience spanning over several years in the telecommunications industry. In 2005, they started their career as a System & Network Engineer at Prakshal Infotech Ltd, where they worked until 2007.

Following this, Prakash joined Panamax Infotech in 2007 as a Manager for Telecom Network Operations, specifically focusing on VoIP and SMS services. In this role, they were responsible for handling day-to-day operations, managing interconnections, routing, and monitoring calls. Prakash Singh also excelled in team management and training, as well as escalations management. Prakash stayed with Panamax Infotech for over a decade, until 2018.

In 2018, Prakash moved on to Bridgevoice.Inc, where they currently hold the position of Head of Network Operations for their Voice & SMS business.

Prakash Singh Chaudhary's education history includes attending Kendriya Vidyalaya where they earned a certification in RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) for RHEL 5. The field of study for this certification included Linux, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCNA Voice, Switching, and Routing. Prakash Singh also completed their HSC (High School Certificate) at Kendriya Vidyalaya. In addition to their formal education, Prakash has obtained several certifications including Wireshark: VoIP from LinkedIn in May 2020, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016, and RHCE - RHEL5 from Redhat.
