Kerrian Soong

Kerrian Soong has an extensive background in HR, compensation, and total rewards. Kerrian has held various leadership positions at notable companies such as Broadridge, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Motorola. Kerrian is currently the Head of Total Rewards & HR Analytics at Bridgewater Associates. Kerrian also founded Vybrante Ventures, focused on providing pro-bono work for non-profits and start-ups. Kerrian holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and has completed executive coaching certifications from iPEC Coaching.
