Patrick Rea

Patrick Rea is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law. Currently serving as Director of Legal Services and Legal Counsel at Bridgewater Bank since October 2016, Patrick specializes in commercial agreements, corporate governance, mortgage enforcement, and compliance. Previously, Patrick worked as an Associate and Student-at-Law at Gowling WLG Canada from August 2012 to October 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Windsor and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, both attained between 2009 and 2012, along with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Economics from the University of Calgary, completed in 2007.
