Nursing and Patient Care Team

The Nursing and Patient Care Team at Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to residents, focusing on their individual health needs and rehabilitation goals. This team, led by the Director of Nursing and supported by the Assistant Directors and Admissions Nurse, collaborates to assess patient conditions, implement personalized care plans, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for effective recovery and daily living.
