Lance Harden is the current Head Cross Country Coach at Bridgewater College, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Lance served as Head Coach at Stevens Institute of Technology from August 2018 to June 2022 and as Assistant Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at Emory University from June 2014 to August 2018, alongside a similar role at Williams College from July 2011 to June 2014.
