Joel Shank

Joel Shank started their work experience at Dynamic Aviation in 2006 as an HR Associate. Joel then progressed within the company, taking on roles such as HR Generalist, HR Assistant Manager, and eventually Director of Human Resources. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, where they were responsible for employee relations, recruitment, benefit administration, compensation strategy, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, they oversaw departments such as Information Technology, Security & Police, Corporate Training & Development, and Communications. In 2023, Joel joined Bridgewater Retirement Community as Vice President of HR.

Joel Shank earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Economics from Eastern Mennonite University. Joel pursued this degree from 2002 to 2006.
