Elena Jacobs

Elena Jacob, MBA, P.Eng, is an accomplished Plant Manager at Bridgewater Interiors since 2020. With extensive experience in quality management and engineering, Elena previously held the position of Quality Manager at Johnson Controls from 2014 to 2019, and served as Launch Coordinator at Chrysler Group LLC from 2008 to 2013, overseeing the launch of new manufacturing processes. Additional roles include Electrical Quality Engineer and QAS Coordinator at DaimlerChrysler, where Elena championed the quality of electrical vehicle components, and Machine Shop Supervisor, responsible for compliance with ISO 9000 standards. Earlier in career, Elena worked as an Integrations Engineer at Hydrogenics, designing and commissioning fuel cell power generators. Elena holds an MBA from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto, alongside a Black Belt certification from the Chrysler Quality Institute.
