Luis Negron

Luis Negron is an experienced professional in operations and continuous improvement management, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and Training and Development Manager at Bridgewater Interiors since December 2021. With a substantial career at Johnson Controls starting in 2007 as a Production Manager and earlier as a Production Superintendent from 1998 to 2004, Luis has a strong background in overseeing staffing, production schedules, and maintaining safety standards. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Adient from July 2009 to March 2022, where management of production teams was essential. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Management from the University of Puerto Rico, obtained between 1986 and 1992.
