Matthew McCarthy

Matthew McCarthy currently serves as the Supervisor of Fine and Performing Arts at Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District since January 2023. Previously, McCarthy was a Visual Art Teacher at East Brunswick High School from September 2007 to January 2023, focusing on 2D visual arts and Art History and teaching Advanced Placement courses in Studio Art Drawing and Art History. McCarthy's experience includes serving as an exam reader for the AP Art History Exam with ETS from April 2020 to April 2021. Education credentials comprised a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Rowan University, a Master of Arts in Studio Art from Kean University, a Graduate Certificate in Art History from the University of La Verne, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts.
