Gail Marrella, PhD, is a dedicated educator and wellness advocate with extensive experience in health and wellness education. Currently serving as faculty at Bridgewater State University since September 2010, Gail teaches courses on health and wellness, substance use, addiction, and epidemiology, while engaging students in research activities. As the President and Co-Founder of GGFitPro and Marrella Wellness since May 1994, Gail delivers innovative wellness coaching and dynamic speaking presentations focused on creating balanced lifestyles. Previous roles include speaking engagements with Health Promotion Affiliates and teaching adjunct courses at Northeastern University and Framingham State College. Gail's educational background includes a PhD in Health Professions Education from Simmons University and multiple certifications in fitness and health promotion.
