Gerald Tang, Ed.D. has extensive experience in various roles within the field of career services and higher education. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director of Career Services and Internship Program Office at Bridgewater State University, where they lead a team in developing a comprehensive career services department. Additionally, Gerald is involved in various professional organizations, including the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE), where they hold positions such as Tri-Lead of the AANAPISI Affinity Group and Director of Diversity & Inclusion. Prior to their current roles, Gerald worked at St. Francis College, Baruch College, Columbia University Center for Career Education, Wentworth Institute of Technology, and La Roche College, gaining experience in career services, student advising, and admissions. Gerald Tang, Ed.D. holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University of Saint Louis. Gerald also has a Master of Arts degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from Binghamton University. Additionally, they pursued studies in Mathematics at Borough of Manhattan Community College. In 2010, they began studying Graphic Design at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Gerald has obtained certifications in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn and MBTI® Certification from the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT).
